i-7000MKII Product Description:

i-7000MKII is an external three-way linear array speaker series. It consists of dual 12-inch woofers, 10-inch midrange, and dual 65mm tweeters. All 5 units are neodymium iron boron magnets, which are light in weight and powerful.

The speaker shell uses 15mm birch multilayer plywood, and the surface is covered with polyurea coating, which is waterproof and wear-resistant. The front uses aluminum alloy diffraction breathable grooves, which are stretched and CND processed to form a front load effect, effectively control the air compression ratio, and improve the sensitivity of the mid-frequency area, so that the sound can be transmitted farther.

The rear wiring part uses two 8-core copper connectors, which are locked by threads and are reliable and firm. Each speaker needs to be driven by a 4-way amplifier. LF1, LF2, MF, HF, every two speakers can be used in parallel.

A new vertical spring latch based on improving the hanging system of line array speakers. This new vertical latch is used for hanging line array speakers and is currently a leading design. The three-point aluminum alloy support type is easy to adjust the hanging angle and balance point. The vertical spring latch is a technology developed by our company (Note: the market products usually use horizontal latches). The vertical spring latch does not protrude from the sides of the speaker, but is stored in the end face of the speaker, effectively preventing the latch from being damaged by collision during installation and transportation. The spring latch is integrated with the aluminum part to avoid the phenomenon that the separate latch is often lost.

1. Aluminum front load panel application technology

Strip diffraction port. The function is to effectively control the air compression ratio, improve the sensitivity of the mid-frequency area, and make the sound propagate farther.

2. Die-cast aluminum junction box with improved plug connection method

When the line array is hung, the weight of the speaker cable connected is 5~15 kg. Usually, the plug is connected vertically behind the speaker, with a large cross-cutting force. After long-term use, the contacts are loose, increasing the conductor resistance, and even breaking the circuit without sound. Using this patented technology, the plug forms a 60-degree angle with the speaker back panel, reducing the cross-cutting force by 75%. And the hidden design avoids collision and damage to the plug and socket during installation.
